If you are not satisfied within first 5-10 mins of your treatment, alert us within the first 10mins and we will change your therapist. Maximum 2 changes.

Online booking cancellation and refund
- Call cancel one day in advance(24hrs by phone only (cancellation will receive a full refund)
- Can change a date of treatments one day in advance by phone.
- Non refunds are available same day of treatments.

How to redeem your vouchers
- Mark your appointment one day in advance and tell receptionist your number of vouchers.
- Show your vouchers or printed online vouchers to the receptionist when you arrive.(Vouchers on the phone not accepted)
Vouchers holders please note
- Vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash and refund.
- Full price vouchers will expire in 3 years from the date of purchase.
- Special price vouchers will expire in 24 months from date of purchase
- If you prefer us to send the hard copy of the vouchers , please purchase from the following options. Your vouchers will be mailed to your address in approximately 2-3 business days. (By posted service you will be charged extra $5 add on a value of vouchers which be purchased)
- Vouchers cannot be used after their expiry date.no exceptions.So please don’t miss your wonderful time.
- Vouchers must be reissued or claimed back if lost or stolen.
